Carter and Chloe are 8 1/2 months apart. They met for the first time on Father's Day. He was pretty skeptical of her at first. He is hesitant of any advancements by any girl other than Lydia.
But they later got along pretty well. He didn't mind her so much.
He even let her kiss him!!!
She was so excited to hold "The Baby"
